Chhagan bhujbal,former Maharashtra Dy CM, gets bail in money laundering case after spending 2 years in jail

 The bombay high court on friday granted bail to former maharashtra deputy CM  chhagan bhujbal in PMLA m case.

 Mumbai : The bombay high court on friday granted bail to former maharashtra deputy cm chhagan bhujbal in connection with a money laundering case , new agency ANI reported .bhujbai has spent two years in jail , following his arrest by enforcement directorate in 2016.the nationalist congress party leaders son and party legislator pankaj as well as his nephew sameer have also been named as accused in the case .the probe agency has claimed that bhujbal family , along with several others had conspired to ' launder ' kickbags received by chhagan bhujbal , at a time when he was holding the portfolio of public works department minister in maharashtra cabinet .the charge against the bhujbal pertain to contract for construction of the state guest house ,that is maharashtra sadan,in delhi ,as well as the kalina land grabbing case in mumbai , NDTV reported.
