Janardhan reddy says he is only overlooking campaign strategy in Molkalmooru fir his friend
Even though BJP president amit shah has clarified that the party has nothing to do with mining baron janardhan reddy as a campaigner reddy is very busy caring out door-to-door campaign in Molkalmooru along with his close friend sriramulu.
Sriramulu is contesting from Molkalmooru and no wednesday he and Janardhan reddy took put padayatra in major parts of the constituency .Earlier,reddy also had shared the stage with BJP cm candidate Yeddyurappa and Madhya pradesh cm Shivraj singh chouhan.
Janardhan reddy that he is only overlooking campaign strategy in Molkalmooru for his friend."I am here only for name sake.Im here for my friend.You can witness the love that people of Badami and Molakalmooru have for me as they are here inspite of scorching heat and have warmly welcomed me.Yeddyurappa is widely accepted by people and he has been announced as the CM candidate by Yeddyurappa has natured sriramulu.I don't like talking about castes but yeddyurappa is an important leader of the Lingayath community. Yeddyurappa treats sriramulu like his own child and hence there is no question of him discriminating among them,said janardhan reddy.
He added,"Entire karnataka perceives Yeddyurappa and Sriramulu as father and son so,please don't create a rift between the two sriramulu is a true leader of the minorities,the backwards and poor".
Clearing the air that if reddy will return to active politics,janardhan reddy said,'I don't wish to become an MLA or desire any post for that matter. I am working for the good ofBJP and sriramulu".
But in ticket distribution,it clearly shows the influence that janardhan reddy still has in the party.Reddy's and Sriramulu relayive have recevied tickets from banglorevand bellary congress president Rahul Gandhi attacked BJP on the involvement of Janardhan reddy in party affairs.
"When in power,Yeddyurappa and reddy brothers looted karnataka.Our Govt brought them to justice.Now Mr Modi is trying to take 8 of them from jail,into the vidhan sabha. this is an insult to every honest citizen,to karnataka and to the spirit of Basavanna",tweeted Rahul gandhi.
